A feast for a group around one spectacular dish! This manner of dining at Le Central, 
traditional in France, enhances the sense of occasion that brings a large group together. All dishes are served in large bowls or on platters - some of the dishes are carved at your table.

Tureen of fish soup with rouille, croutons, and Swiss cheese

 Soupe à l’Oignon 
Tureen of Onion soup with croutons and Swiss cheese

 Assiette de Charcuterie 
Platter of house made patés  (Country, Rillette and Duck Liver), Prosciuto, Cornichons, Dijon mustard, and country bread and baguette

  Assiette de Fruit de Mer 
Platter of steamed mussels, clams casino, raw Oysters, shrimp, gravlox on blini, fried calamari, Rye bread

 Assiette de Fromage 
Platter of Brie, Roquefort, Camembert, Chêvre, country and walnut bread,  fresh and dried fruit

Grilled vegetables, Polenta and Panisses served with  rouille, anchoiade and tapenade

Simmered lamb shoulder, beef brisket, veal cheeks, chicken, stuffed cabbage, turnips, carrots, Yukon gold potatoes, Djon mustard, sea salt and cornichons served with a tureen of the broth
