For the summer, Le Central will be offering picnic food to go - great for a summer family gathering or a nice office lunch gathering.  Conveniently packaged on a disposable tray the food is easily transported and setup for serving.    We offer 3 different packages, orders 4 minimum per package.  Order the day before by 5.00 pm for a pickup time of 10.00 am or later the following day.  All picnics are served with your choice of country bread or baguette.

Assiette Mediterranéenne Eggplant caviar, chilled ratatouille, chick pea and scallion salad, marinated, roast red pepper stuffed with goat cheese, anchoiade, tapenade

Tabouleh Grilled, marinated chicken breast, served chilled, on bulgur wheat flavored with parsley, mint, tomato, scallions, black pepper and lemon juice

Panier de Sandwiches  Brie, tomato,basil - Saucisson, beurre -  Rillette, cornichons, mustard, grilled chicken, roasted red pepper, pesto
