Autumnal aromas of blackberries and blackcurrant, this soft, elegant style of Pinot Noir is full of vibrant strawberry and raspberry fruit flavors, it is produced in the south of France by an association of wine growers with strong desire to keep family vineyards.

The Côtes Catalanes are located close to Barcelona, but on the French side of the border. The wind and the very dry climate keeps the 30 to over 100 years of age. vines dry and healthy, with out the need of chemical products the result is a round, powerful and fruity Syrah with complex aroma; you will smell the Mediterranean garrigue.

2012 Pays d’Oc (Cante Merle)

From the sun drenched vineyards of southern France, next to the Spanish border, on the Mediterranean sea, an enjoyable , ripe, spicy , blend of 60% Carignan and 40% Syrah, dense, purple in color wine with supple and juicy mouth to be paired with the steak frites and the charcuterie.

2012 Bordeaux Supérieur (Chateau Tour de Gilet)

An interesting left bank blend of the late ripening Petit Verdot (60%) softened by Cabernet Sauvignon (40%), Located in Ludon Médoc, the chateau was erected on the foundation of an ancient abbey of the twelfth century. The selected plots and stricter yields for Bordeaux Supérieur produce a wine medium-bodied, but with rich tannins and an intense color. Rich and vibrant aromas and flavors of red berries (blackcurrant, blackberry) and hints of cherries. Excellent balance quite a serious Bordeaux.
